Nancy Nikolas-Maier, the head of the Aging Services Division of the North Dakota Department of Human Services, as the Agreement Coordinator for the ND-DOJ Olmstead complaint settlement on the DHS agreement implementation framework and next steps;

Dawn Pearson, from the Medical Services Division on children’s services under the Medicaid 1915 i state plan amendment; and
-
Jacob Reuter from DHS-Aging Services on the ND Money Follows the Person program’s proposals for new programming through CARES Act grant funding.
